A year ago today was one of my favorite weddings I've ever shot. Not just because of how eclectic, intimate and humble this wedding was from start to finish, but also because these two became some of my closest friends till this day. I am truly so grateful to do what I do which leads me to some of the most amazing humans this world has to offer.
Some absolutely favorite moments was the emotional first look. The officiant was the friend who introduced them to each other while they were both traveling on holiday in Germany. Their entire wedding marched down to the Presidio. Their first dance was to a song they wrote together. The dessert table was filled with Bi Rite ice cream, Nonny's homemade cookies, and vegan treats. Their all female vendors were also some of my favorite I've ever worked with and some of the most creatively talented and badass women I've gotten the pleasure to know. Florals and incredible table set up by Eleanor / Wallflower Design & literally the best food I have ever had by Gracie / Bread and Bones Supper.
Shawn and Sierra's story is incredible and so much of their wedding incorporated their journey together in a very humble way. But I'll let the photographs show you.
